What is a CoDesign day?
Training is more effective when the people who will be benefiting from it are included in the design, both the content and the delivery. These sessions were the first events the hub held and they were designed to find out what the community wanted and how they wanted to participate.
In July 2025 we held 3 codesign days, we had a mixture of short talks and facilitated discussions. The first 2 events had a similar agenda and discussions topics. The third event took the outputs from the previous 2 events and encouraged more focussed discussion on topics that had arisen. Below are the slides and outputs from these events. Codesign is an iterative procedure and the plan is to continue these events as the hub training program develops.
